1. What are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device. They help remember your preferences, improve navigation, and collect anonymous statistical information.
2. Types of Cookies Used
Strictly Necessary Cookies (Always active)
Essential to provide the service. Do not require consent under Art. 122 D.Lgs. 196/2003. They include:
- Authentication and user session
- CSRF security protection, and anti-bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) on login and registration pages
- Cookie consent storage
- Language and theme preferences (browser local storage)
- Presentation code and campaign parameters, if you arrived from a presentation link or QR (local storage: pendingProvenanceCode, pendingProvenanceCodeAt, pendingProvenanceCodeSource, pendingProvenanceUtm, pendingProvenanceLanding, pendingProvenanceReferrer): kept in the browser for up to 90 days, used only to know where you came from, and cleared as soon as you register
- Recognition of the device on which you first opened a delivery from your doctor (hd_dlv_dev cookie): it is one of the proofs required to link the documents you received to your access
- Stripe cookies set when you start a payment, required for transaction security
Analytics Cookies (Optional)
Would collect anonymous statistical data to improve our services. Currently not active on the platform.
Cookieless web page statistics
On our web pages (not in the iOS app) Cloudflare, which protects traffic to our servers, measures visits, referrers and page load times in aggregate with its Cloudflare Web Analytics service. It does not use cookies and does not give us data that identifies you. Details in the Privacy Policy, section 6.
3. Third-Party Services
The service relies on the following third-party providers. Stripe, Cloudflare Turnstile and Sentry are needed for the operation or security of the platform; Cloudflare Web Analytics provides cookieless aggregate statistics.
